Relocation to the USA - Our New Launchpad.

We are transitioning our legal registration to the United States, officially becoming a Delaware-based company. This move positions us at the heart of the global aviation industry, where many of our key partners, clients, and suppliers operate. Our Swiss office will continue to serve as a vital hub for supporting global operations and ensuring seamless collaboration worldwide.

Manufacturing Start of the Stellar Jet.

As of January 7, 2025, we’ve officially begun manufacturing the Stellar Jet—the world’s first hydrogen-powered business jet with VTOL capabilities. Partnering with a trusted contractor, we are on track to unveil our flying demonstrator in June 2025, redefining the future of sustainable aviation.

Launch of an Innovative Hydrogen Fuel Tank.

In February 2025, we will reveal the results of performance validation tests for our proprietary hydrogen fuel tank. This groundbreaking technology exceeds industry benchmarks in energy density, safety, and efficiency, paving the way for hydrogen-powered flight and advancing the path toward sustainable, carbon- free aviation.
